Returns
Our policy lasts for 7 days ONLY. 50c.com.sg reserve the rights to not offer or receive any return/exchange after 7 days have gone by since your purchase. 

In order to be eligible, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal unopened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected immediately.

Refunds

We keep a strict No-Refund policy. Should you have any items you wish to clarify, kindly send us an email and we will offer you advise accordingly.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiry@50c.com.sg and we can work this out together. At the same time, we strongly suggest for you to make a final inspection before checking out, or during actual day of collection if you decide to self collect and determine any defects/damage on the spot. 


Shipping
To return your product, kindly email to us so we can advise you accordingly. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event if you are sending item for exchange, the cost of return shipping will be charged to you by 50c.com.sg.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise looking for a courier delivery party that provides trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
