Delivery Information
Online Purchases Standard Delivery (Including Covid19
period):
Although our goal is to make sure the items you ordered are
delivered within 3-5 working days. We seek your understanding that there may be
delays or disruptions to some shipments to and from Singapore during this
COVID19 period. Courier costs are stated during check-out, which is S$1 for all
orders unless otherwise stated. Yes, you heard it, S$1 for all orders.
Delivering your parcel by either one of our in-house
delivery members or via our courier Partners .
Our inhouse courier team or external courier team delivers
anywhere in Singapore. Please rearrange the receiving venue if your area falls
under any offshore islands and restricted zones within Singapore. (See full
list below)
Orders are delivered between 9am and 10pm, Mon to Sat, not including public holidays. If orders are undelivered, kindly contact us for further enquiries. We will attempt the delivery up to 3 times before returning your order to the shop. If you need additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees (or additional fees) will be charged accordingly. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
We do not deliver anywhere within the compound of areas
listed below, hence please arrange for someone to receive the parcel outside or a convenient area :
