Pre-orders Policy

Payment

We will collect a deposit for all pre-order items, we require buyers to pay the remaining amount when the item arrives at our shop before we arrange for shipping.

Mixed Cart Warning

Any orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped when all the items are in stock. This means, in most cases, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. We highly recommend making a separate purchase if buyers are not willing to wait.  

Pre-order Ship Dates

The item on Pre-Order requires additional processing time (approx. 7 - 9 working days). Otherwise, it will be sent out only when we receive the item. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time. We will inform you immediately by any means once your order is ready for shipment.

Pre-order Delays

As much as we want our customers to receive the long-awaited items, delays do occur from time to time due to any possible reasons. Fear not, we will continue to follow up and update the projected arrival on the respective pre-ordered product’s page, 50c.com.sg socialmedia platforms and/or contact you. Again, these delays are completely out of our control, we appreciate your patience whenever delays occur.

Pre-order Address Changes

With some pre-orders occurring over the span of several months, it is not uncommon for customers to move or change their address before it arrives. It is your responsibility to update us if there is a change of address and the cost of replacing/reshipping orders shipped to inaccurate addresses will come at your expense. If you want to change your address, please contact us as soon as you suspect there may be a change of address.

Pre-order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be canceled up to 3 days after purchase for any reason. Do note that we will not refund/ transfer the deposited amount, quickly contact us as soon as possible for a full refund.
